Our team
The Perla team consists of 6 pillar staff plus subcontractors, with over half a century of experience in mediating real estates in Spain. A lawyer, an Icelandic real-estate agent, a Spanish certified real estate agent, a Spanish scholar and multilingual staff, have a common goal to enable you to make your dream of a new life in the sun come true.

AUDI Hansen has been a Real Estate Agent since 1999 when she finished her studies in the University of Iceland. Audi also holst a B.A. Degree in Spanish from the same University. Alongside her work at Perla she has been employed by Spanish authorities as a translator and is fully trilinugal in Spanish, English and Icelandic. Audi is the office manager at our office in Villamartin.
ORRI Ingvason
orri@perlainvest.comORRI Ingvason founded Perla Investments in 2000 along with his wife Audi, and has lived in Spain for over 2 decades. He is a true expert in real estate in the area and has worked in this industry all his life. Orri is the Managing Director of Perla.

Birgir HANS Birgisson is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Spain with API rights as well as holding a B.A. Degree in International Relations from the European University of Valencia. Hans has lived in Spain almost all his life and is fully trilingual. Hans is a salesman at Perla.

ENRIQUE Nieto is a Spanish lawyer with a degree from Murcia University, and has overseen uncountable number of real estate transaction for expats residing in Spain since the year 2001, when he started working for Perla.

SOFFÍA´s education includes being a graduate in teaching and business administrations, as well as having studied brokerage and project management, and her diverse work experience consists among other things is working as a company manager as well as a veteran teacher. Soffía has been studying Spanish at the University of Alicante for the last few semesters and is fully enjoying the lively Spanish culture and good weather here by the Mediterranean.
