Perla Investments was founded by the couple Audi Hansen and Orri Ingvason when they moved to Spain in 1999.  At Perla, the clients security and welfare has always been a priority and a firm basis for customers to enjoy their stay in Spain as property owners, from day one.

Since the establishment of Perla Investments, the business has grown considerably, but in addition to real estate transactions, the company now also focuses on real estate development in the area, building on two decades of experience and excellent reputation. The strength and quality of Perla is reflected today, in its experience and perfect teamwork, therefore providing the customer with the best possible services.
